Responsibilities:
Management and optimization of the queue of calls opened by the support team, ensuring solutions within the established deadlines and promoting efficiency and quality in the services provided to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Use of Jira as a central tool for backlog management.
Identification of opportunities for improvement, development and implementation of action plans when necessary to solve emerging problems and improve processes.
Collaboration with the infrastructure team in monitoring events, defining and monitoring metrics to ensure operational efficiency, optimization of resources and achievement of the strategic objectives established by the company.
Perform architectural designs for new solutions or document existing solutions to create an architectural map.
Define architectures using integration technologies in Cloud Computing environments.
Technical requirements:
Experience in development with .net/C#, Node, react native and Database: Oracle, mongodb, sqlServer, Mysql.
Experience with Design Patterns, REST and SOAP API, experience in Microservices, experience in DevOps culture.
Have a solid understanding of coding and development processes, maintenance and system analysis.
Intermediate/Advanced English, will need to communicate with international teams.
