Job Description

The professional will be responsible for the complete management of payroll services for clients, from implementation to continuous execution of the process, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery.

Responsibilities:
* Manage the complete payroll cycle for multiple clients, from employee registration to final payroll execution.
* Process weekly, biweekly and monthly payrolls for clients.
* Prepare affiliation movements (additions, deletions, updates) before the IMSS.
* Ensure compliance with ISN, ISR and IMSS related processes and payments.
* Ensure strict compliance with payroll deadlines and maintain detailed control of all related processes.
* Actively participate in the implementation of new clients, correctly configuring payroll parameters in the system.
* Monitor and ensure compliance with local labor and tax laws applicable to payroll operations.
* Prepare and review payroll-related financial reports to ensure the accuracy of data provided to clients.
* Serve as a point of contact for client payroll inquiries, providing quality support and quick solutions.
* Identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve service efficiency.

Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll services, preferably in HR or payroll outsourcing companies.
* Deep knowledge of the complete payroll process, including tax calculations, benefits and labor compliance.
* Experience implementing and managing new clients.
* Familiarity with Mexican labor and tax laws applicable to payroll.
* Experience with payroll systems such as Runa, Aspel Noi, and Proseso will be a differentiator.
* Advanced skills in payroll systems and ERP tools.
* Advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis and control.
