Job Description
Respond to customer and executive rating requests. Tariff classification of various products, such as textiles, steel, electronic products, among others. Assist in determining tariff regulations and restrictions. Check documentary information about the merchandise with previous documentation. Comply with assessments and ratings requested by the Import Traffic Executive to meet customer requirements. Report discrepancies in review of merchandise with invoice. Assist executives in reviewing tariff regulations and restrictions and legal basis. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Foreign Trade, Customs or International Relations or related areas. Experience in customs bodies in the area of tariff classification and general foreign trade. Knowledge of tariff classification of various goods. Knowledge of Customs Law. Knowledge of non-tariff restrictions and regulations, TIGIE, Customs Law, Foreign Trade Law and Annex 22. Knowledge and application of non-tariff regulations and restrictions. General Foreign Trade Standards and their annexes. Craft Proficiency.
