Senior Data Scientist

Main responsibilities:
• Identify data collection sources for problems.
• Process, treat and integrate data for the necessary analyses.
• Exploratory analysis of data aiming at organization, summarization and visualization, enabling the obtaining of insights.
• Generate and validate hypotheses with the business and product areas.
• Create libraries and documentation of analyses and models.
• Create metrics to assess the quality of data and models.
• Create end-to-end execution scripts related to data science activities.
• Use data science techniques and tools to optimize processes.
• Train and evaluate model convergence.

Mandatory requirements:
• Research experience at the master's level in Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science or related areas.
• Other candidates with exceptional curriculum (e.g. scientific initiation, project portfolio, awards in competitions, etc.) will also be considered.
• Fluency in Python (jupyter, numpy, pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib, seaborn, etc.).
• Knowledge and experience in Machine Learning and Data Science methods, such as supervised learning (regression and classification), unsupervised learning (clustering, dimensional reduction), specific learning algorithms such as Boosting, Random Forest, KNN, Neural Networks, etc.) and knowledge of model performance metrics (Precision, Recall, ROC, F1, Accuracy, Gini, KS, etc.).
• Advanced English - mandatory.

Desirable requirements:
• PhD.
• Experience with image processing and remote sensing.
• Academic or professional experience in Agribusiness.
• Professional experience with predictive modeling of at least 1 year.
• Experience with software engineering and Machine Learning engineering.
• Knowledge of Cloud environments (preferably AWS).

Payroll Analyst

The professional will be responsible for the complete management of payroll services for clients, from implementation to continuous execution of the process, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery.

Responsibilities:
* Manage the complete payroll cycle for multiple clients, from employee registration to final payroll execution.
* Process weekly, biweekly and monthly payrolls for clients.
* Prepare affiliation movements (additions, deletions, updates) before the IMSS.
* Ensure compliance with ISN, ISR and IMSS related processes and payments.
* Ensure strict compliance with payroll deadlines and maintain detailed control of all related processes.
* Actively participate in the implementation of new clients, correctly configuring payroll parameters in the system.
* Monitor and ensure compliance with local labor and tax laws applicable to payroll operations.
* Prepare and review payroll-related financial reports to ensure the accuracy of data provided to clients.
* Serve as a point of contact for client payroll inquiries, providing quality support and quick solutions.
* Identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve service efficiency.

Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll services, preferably in HR or payroll outsourcing companies.
* Deep knowledge of the complete payroll process, including tax calculations, benefits and labor compliance.
* Experience implementing and managing new clients.
* Familiarity with Mexican labor and tax laws applicable to payroll.
* Experience with payroll systems such as Runa, Aspel Noi, and Proseso will be a differentiator.
* Advanced skills in payroll systems and ERP tools.
* Advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis and control.

Key Responsibilities:
     1.   Brand Consistency:
     •    Ensure the consistent application of the company’s visual identity across all platforms, in line with the brandbook.
     •    Collaborate with the management and marketing team to maintain a strong, cohesive brand presence across all materials.
     2.   Web Design Support:
     •    Design web assets including banners, icons, landing page visuals, and other elements that integrate smoothly with the frontend development team.
     •    Work closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
     3.   Template Creation:
     •    Design branded templates for PowerPoint presentations, Word letterheads, and other corporate documents.
     •    Ensure templates are user-friendly and easily customizable by the team.
     4.   Marketing and Social Media:
     •    Develop engaging visual content for social media campaigns, email marketing, and digital ads.
     •    Design print and digital marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional graphics for various campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
     •    Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
     •    Strong experience in a graphic design role, preferably in fintech, tech, or a digital-first company.
     •    Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Figma or Sketch for web/UI design.
     •    Experience in creating responsive web designs and collaborating with developers on UI/UX.
     •    Strong skills in creating templates for presentations, letterheads, and other corporate materials.
     •    Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media design (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
     •    Understanding of branding principles and the ability to maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints.
     •    Advanced English.

Preferred Qualifications:
     •    Experience in designing for the payments or fintech sector.
     •    Familiarity with front-end development principles (React.js, Next.js) and CMS integration.
     •    Experience with motion graphics and tools like After Effects or GSAP for web animations.
     •    Basic understanding of SEO principles related to web design.
